Overview

CRE8IT4ME is a service of CRE8 IT. MEDIA. This notice explains how the website handles information when you browse it or send a website enquiry.

This page describes the implementation supplied in this project. The final business identity, address, retention period and any appointed service providers must be confirmed before public launch.

Information collected

The enquiry form can collect your business name, business type, contact name, email address, optional phone number, optional existing website, preferred example, a short description and an optional marketing choice.

For security and spam prevention, the server can also process technical information such as an IP-derived hash, user agent, submission time and Cloudflare Turnstile result when configured.

Why it is used

To review and respond to a website enquiry.
To clarify the requested website scope and optional functionality.
To secure the form, limit abuse and diagnose delivery problems.
To send marketing only when a separate unchecked choice has been actively selected.

Storage and delivery

Accepted enquiries are stored in the Cloudflare D1 database connected to this website. If email delivery is configured, a copy can be sent to the configured CRE8IT4ME recipient through the selected email provider.

The form never displays success unless the server has accepted and stored the enquiry. Email delivery configuration is separate from database acceptance.

Retention

Enquiries should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. The owner must confirm and document the operational retention period before launch.

Your choices

The phone number and example preference are optional. Marketing permission is separate, optional and unchecked. Cookie choices can be changed at any time using the footer link.
